Too worried about losing her job to do anything about it at first, Caren puts up and shuts up. But as time goes by, and she witnesses other blatant discrimination and harassment practices at the firm, she dares to puts her head above the parapet. Things turn bad immediately, affecting her friendship with Nancy, her confidence and her reputation.
